Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. We collect page addresses, timestamps, referrer and campaign details, browser and device type, language, approximate country, a pseudonymous browser identifier and usage events. Google uses the IP address briefly to derive approximate location but states that EU users’ IP addresses are discarded before logging. Contact-form content is not sent to analytics. The legal basis is consent. The necessary fluxion_analytics_consent and fluxion_analytics_consent_meta cookies keep the choice, notice version and choice time for 180 days. Google Analytics _ga cookies are limited to 180 days, and event data is kept in Google Analytics and EU-region BigQuery for up to 14 months. Google Ireland Limited acts as processor; Google LLC may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can withdraw consent just as easily through Cookie settings in the footer, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Without consent, analytics is not loaded.

Contact form

The details you provide in the contact form (name, company, email, phone and message) are delivered to ProduXion Oy and used to respond to your request and arrange a demo. Processing is based on steps requested before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in handling business communications. Only the service providers needed for this purpose process the details on our behalf, and the details are not used for direct marketing without a separate legal basis. They are deleted when the enquiry no longer requires retention unless law or a resulting customer relationship requires longer retention.

The FluXion service

Data protection terms for using the FluXion service are agreed in the customer agreement. Every customer has their own workspace and their own database.

Your rights

By contacting sales@fluxion.fi, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your details, restriction of processing and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman of Finland (tietosuoja.fi) if you believe that your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
